I made a deposit on the mobile app and paid the extra to have it immediately available and it has been three days still not in my account. Have been given no updates and Renee from the branch want call me back. Also reached out to 1-800 all they can say is they are aware of the problem but no clue when it will be fixed. Meanwhile I still do not have my money in my account to pay my bills. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
