- MMMarilyn Bodon (Marilyn Of Monroe)Sep 14, 20265.0Always very helpful the woman who work at this branch here in Monroe NC. The place is always clean and you don't have to wait long at all in line since they have multiple people working there. Been a member of this bank for 21 years.
- GMGloria MckechnieJul 20, 20261.0Worst customer service ever !! I made a deposit on the mobile app and paid the extra to have it immediately available and it has been three days still not in my account. Have been given no updates and Renee from the branch want call me back. Also reached out to 1-800 all they can say is they are aware of the problem but no clue when it will be fixed. Meanwhile I still do not have my money in my account to pay my bills. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

- BBBrittanyOct 14, 20221.0If you need a check cashed and you are a black person DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!!!!!! Because I literally went here today they literally had me sitting in the line to cash my check just to verify with my boss (which is my UNCLE) actually knew I was cashing the check (which he did BECAUSE HE SIGNED IT) …. & then they still didn’t cash it because the dollar amount was TOO BIG ! I never had a problem with this bank until they started switching out all the old people and putting new ones in! If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!!!!!!!
