- ANAdib NajafianJun 30, 20261.0I spoke with a manager about an insufficient funds fee, but it couldn't be waived because I had already received one courtesy waiver earlier this year. I've been a member since 2008 and hoped my long history with the credit union would be taken into consideration. While I understand policies exist, it's disappointing that there wasn't any flexibility over a $12 fee for a long standing member. Because of this experience, I'm moving my everyday banking to Capital One, which doesn't charge overdraft or insufficient funds fees.
