  Walked in and no one said anything. Waited in the teller line, no one said anything or told me they could help me. I was the only customer in the entire bank. Waited for 5 minutes before I walked out and left and again, no one said anything.

  this is the slowest location I have ever experienced, specifically the people that work friday afternoons. they take are standing there looking at me, but instead of greeting me, asking anything, they just ignore me. I thought the experience in the drive through was supposed to be fast service. these workers do nothing to go above and beyond and are not nice. please talk to your employees about efficiency. there is a reason this location only has 3.8 stars.

  The staff is generally nice and most of the time work pretty quickly.

  Met with someone in the office for a simple domestic wire transfer. She was entirely unhelpful. That was several days ago and I still haven't heard from anyone at the bank to help me.
