this is the slowest location I have ever experienced, specifically the people that work friday afternoons. they take are standing there looking at me, but instead of greeting me, asking anything, they just ignore me. I thought the experience in the drive through was supposed to be fast service. these workers do nothing to go above and beyond and are not nice. please talk to your employees about efficiency. there is a reason this location only has 3.8 stars.

The staff is generally nice and most of the time work pretty quickly.

Met with someone in the office for a simple domestic wire transfer. She was entirely unhelpful. That was several days ago and I still haven't heard from anyone at the bank to help me.

While the credit union keeps the same name, the culture and member experience are clearly different. Based on my experience, members are not treated consistently, and the level of professionalism varies by employee and branch. So, going back to keeping my relationship strictly transactional.

Used to be a good bank. Lately they've been disappointing me. Rates are still good, but the customer service seems to have lost the human aspect to things and they still don't offer phone payments for anything. I do not appreciate the "we tried" mentality this bank has adopted over the past few years. When these accounts are done, THEY are done! ...And no, to your reply from management to E-mail you privately behind closed doors. You had your chance to make the right decision and you chose the wrong one. Not going to talk about this out of view of the public--you say it right here what you did! YOU...DO NOT CARE about your customers.
