- LGleonard geerFeb 27, 20191.0Disappointed in the service receive today from the credit union in lillington,NC. I arrived today at 5:08pm to open account up for my son. I approached the desk ( Steve Cameron) was at the customer desk. I informed him want I wanted . He stated that I could have a seat. He started talking to another per at the desk. I walked back to desk and asked if I will be seen before 5:30. He said he hope so and that they had 2 people at the back. He and got up walked back to the back offices. He came back and set down. About 2-3 mins later a lady walked up to desk and they started talking about and the lady started she did not know how to do something about starting a checking account for my son. 2 other individuals came out the back standing around desk. I asked if I would be helped before 5:30pm. I sit down and no one came over to assist me . Within about 2-3mins the a black male name kadarris Colson walked over and said "sir" come with me I will help you. I walked into his office while all the other individuals stood around the desk not attempting to assist. Per the reason was because Iam a black male. Recommendation diversity training need at this location. All customers should be treated equally as important.
