- SDSabrina DavidsonJul 18, 20241.0This bank is the worst. Do NOT recommended them. They will close your account after charging you for paperless statements. Account was set up on paperless statements. Never did I one time receive a phone call or a letter to inform me. Only found out cause I noticed I couldn't see the account anymore. The worst part is, it's my sons account. Sad & disgusting that a place of business...bank of all places would operate like this. They should be held accountable for their actions!

- HMH MFeb 18, 20201.0People are friendly, loop holes for charging overdraft fees. I've had more fees in less than a year at this bank than I ever had at my last bank. We changed for convenience. I think we need to reconsider.
