    I don’t personally bank here but my Mother does and they are always so sweet and helpful to her! They are always professional and take the time to answer all her questions and treat her with respect! It doesn’t take much to be kind and it promotes your business!!     So this bank would not exchange may 3$20 bills for $5 and $1 bills. Not because the were worn or counterfeit, but because I didn't have an account with them. It's a bank for goodness sake. Will never visit another.By the way that is not the industry standard. Truist accepted the exchange no problem without an account.
