My husband and I have been banking here for 5+ years. We have our personal accounts, business accounts, car loan and a credit card with them. Always the best service. This branch in particular is our favorite. All the staff has been good to us and Martha Jackson the manager is just an absolute pleasure and sunshine to deal with. Thank you guys so much. Its so hard to find a good place to bank with amazing customer service. I wish more people thought to leave good reviews instead of bad. A+

This bank is very rude. They treat you terribly. They are very judgemental and make their bank rules up as they go along. Don't bother with them.

I have been with this bank for more than a few years and had issues through out the time. As of the pass two to three weeks I had just gotten a new job two weeks ago and gotten payed just recently. I had logged in to my account just to find that my ccount is no longer linked to the online site or on the mobile app. I have been trying to relink my account but it fails to connect and it is on the banks side. I have been at it for thrre full days now. There has always been an issue with the connections with the banks online site and on the app. And I'm getting sick of it and highly concidering in changing banks.
