    I started trying to open a savings account on January 12, 2022, for a local business at the OZK Bank on S. Lafayette Bank. After a few weeks of NOTHING happening I went to the Lawndale Branch. Boy I have got that HOMETOWN Experience!!! Just a big bank that don't care about the little guys! Here we are February 25, 2022, and still no account! Lack of communication and the right hand don't have a clue what the left's doing. Funny we have two other accounts, and they don't have all they need. Guess it's time to move our business!
