I went to the NCSECU Knightdale branch today and it was terrible, but not at the beginning. I was greeted by the nicest gentlemen. We talked about his 11am lunchtime and when he gets home he is so hungry…so I was called in the office with a rep who looked tired, and as I sat there with her, she became just rude. She wanted to know the purpose of my visit. Explained I started an account online for my daughter and just need to finish up with documentation. While waiting, I received a call from Angela also inside the bank assuming to assist with finish up my online process. I mentioned it to the other rep, she message her. And then proceed to say maybe she is trying to contact you about an overdue loan. Explain I don’t have a loan with them. So as she proceeded, i mentioned I wanted the free while life for my girls and I wanted to take out the $18 a year for myself. She goes yeah, yeah. There is a pause. She then goes maybe she was calling you about an over due loan that you are on with someone else. Nope, I only have what you see. I am thinking she working on my new account, she then goes yeah, I see you have a balance of $70plus dollars on your credit card, I state I am aware. As a State employee myself this service was very sad. I know when all have a bad day, but totally unacceptable!
