My concern is not about discussing or defending this review it is about First National Bank taking responsibility for the situation and providing an appropriate resolution. The focus should be on addressing what occurred, correcting the issue, and restoring my confidence as a customer. Let me be very clear: I will not remove or alter this review simply because the bank is uncomfortable with my public complaint. When First National Bank makes this situation right, I will promptly update my review to accurately reflect the resolution and the actions taken by the bank. Until then, the review will remain.
