  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this SECU branch regarding a check I deposited through the ATM on August 13. The funds were initially credited to my account and then later reversed because I was told SECU could not verify the identity of the check. I contacted the branch where I made the deposit and was told the check had been sent to another Kernersville location for review. I was also told that someone had attempted to contact me, but I never received a missed call or voicemail. I have documentation from the attorney clearly stating that the check was a legitimate refund being issued to me, and I am willing to provide whatever information is needed to verify it. I have never had an issue like this with any other SECU branch, which made this experience especially frustrating. I honestly wish I had read the other reviews before going to this location. Had I seen them beforehand, I would have thought twice about using this branch. I hope SECU takes this experience seriously and improves communication and customer service when handling situations like this. I’m simply asking for my legitimate deposit to be properly reviewed and resolved.

  Popped in to refinance my auto and Mikhalis was AMAZING, through, fast, and fun! Highly recommend! Saved a bunch of money too!

  ATM always down or not taking cash deposits. And last night 04/13 it took $120 out my account but printed a receipt stating transaction unsuccessful. It’s a brand new machine and this location has more problems than just a little. Pissed …

  Since every single interaction I've had at this bank has been positive, I'm really shocked at the low Google rating. I've been banking at this location since January 2020 and everyone from the tellers to the upper level folks have been kind, efficient, and really made sure they helped. I'm just a librarian, not some wealthy business woman with clout in the community, so it means a lot that they have treated me like my business matters every time. Also, extra appreciation goes to Jacob Stanley who most recently helped me with some confusing paperwork and was absolutely fantastic.
