- YWYaKisha WilliamsJun 22, 20261.0Horrible place to bank. My 70 year old mother was scammed out of almost $20,000 and they refuse to give my mom her money bank. She has banked with them for over 20 years. The employees are under trained and not helpful at all. We will be filing ever complaint possible against SECU. Also a lady named Michelle in the fraud department was beyond rude to my mother. I hope their 70 year old mothers get scammed and let them tell them they not giving the money back or even helping get the money back then maybe they would show more empathy and compassion to the situation.
