They are both professional, patient, and always willing to answer my questions or assist me with anything I need. Their positive attitudes and genuine kindness truly make a difference. It’s not often that you come across employees who consistently go above and beyond, but Crystal and Amy do exactly that. They make me feel valued as a customer and always make sure I leave feeling satisfied with my experience. Employees like them are a true asset to the bank, and I sincerely hope their hard work, dedication, and excellent customer service are recognized and appreciated. Went for a loan and not sure what system they use to pull credit however most of the items they asked about was paid and closed more than a year ago. I also pulled my report from my myfico app and they all said closed. Told them i could provide proof as well. They denied the loan. Went over to Bank of America guess what approved with a lower rate and more money then asked for. BOA did not see any of those items SECU claimed was on my report. This place is BS!
