  Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Handling of My Check Deposit I would give zero stars if I could. On July 21, 2025, I deposited a $9,000 check around 10–11 AM at this branch. A few hours later, I noticed the funds had been deposited into the wrong account. I immediately contacted the bank, only to be told the teller was “in training.” Regardless, there is no excuse for not verifying the account holder’s name before depositing such a large check into someone else's account. The check was later resubmitted to my account, but the check had already cleared through the incorrect account. I verified that the check had funds, so clearly the error was on the bank's part—not mine. Despite multiple attempts to get help, I’ve been met with unprofessional attitudes from staff, lack of urgency, and no clear resolution. I am a business owner and this has severely disrupted my operations. I’ve also contacted the 1-800 number, and even they are struggling to get cooperation from this location due to the same unhelpful behavior. This is not just a mistake—it’s negligence. I strongly urge upper management to retrain staff and the branch manager on proper protocol, customer service, and accountability. A resolution is long overdue.

  One of the few local places who offer Medallion Signature Guarantee services— however, they refuse to do MSG for anyone who’s not an account holder. Refused to provide us service even though we were prepared to pay. Wouldn’t even offer advice on who else in IT may be able to help.

  Great bank had them for about 6 years and not problems , just wish they had more locations.
