  3 people working, only 2 customers. Manager and teller refused to cash a payroll check written by a Business account with their bank. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

  These idiots blocked my account. I couldn't even buy tickets back. I was planning on shopping abroad. I couldn't even pay for the hotel. They are just idiots. I call them, they say 4 days, we deeply regret it... They are complete idiots.

  I tried to come here to cash a personal check address to me that I received from a customer as a deposit. The manager i’m not sure her name she was a white female with accent she was older and not American, she would not cash the check however she had me come in and kept questioning me like she was the FBI and treating me like a criminal. I understand if she didn’t wanna cash the check or if she couldn’t because of her policies that’s not the problem it was her profiling me, and acting like I was a scammer that left a bad impression Even when I offered to open up an account and give her all my personal information, she told me she would do that, but she would still not cash or deposit my check. She also told me it would be $50 to open the account which I believe she only did because she thought that I did not have any money and when I said OK that’s fine, she made up an excuse on how she would still not deposit my check. She also lied and told me she called my customer who gave me the check, but when I spoke to my customer, she told me no one from the bank had called her so shes a liar, Her attitude was disgusting and I’ve never dealt with anything like this at any bank , with my business customers give me checks That I can cash at their personal bank and I’ve never experienced nothing like this. I don’t know if First National Bank needs to change their policies All I know is that there was no reason for me to be disrespected in the way that I was I hope nobody gives them business at least specifically this location, I hate that I have to give them even one star because they honestly deserve zero

  Do not come to this bank if you’re trying to cash a personal check. Listen to me and don’t come to this bank in general if you’re expecting good customer service, I can only speak for my experience, but I hope To save somebody some trouble so they don’t have to experience the same thing I had to go through, I Breed dogs And I had somebody send me a personal check as a deposit to hold one of my Puppies, When I tried to go to the bank to cash it out, I was met with The most rude staff I have ever dealt with at any bank, It’s not my first time cashing a check at a bank that’s addressed to me however, this time when I tried to cash it out, they kept trying to act like I was a scammer, and I think they were just profiling me based on how I look. I am a person that follows the law and has a legal business however they wanted to act like I was a criminal all because I was trying to cash a check of $1000 not to brag or act like it’s not a lot of money but I see quantities of money that are way higher than that on a daily basis. The manager with the British accent I forgot her name but she kept yelling at my wife and I and kept disrespecting us just because she thought it was a fraud check. I even tried to open an account and she told me that she would not open my account and cash. The check which I didn’t understand because I would be giving her all my information but yet she was still trying to act like somebody was trying to scam her point being just don’t come to this bank if you have any melanin in your skin unfortunately I have never experienced this at another bank.
