  Needed to do a ownership transfer for a moblie home now I was aware that it was not going to be easy to do said transfer however we were looking for guidance on what our next step should be instead we were met with tough luck we need new title and theres nothing we can do to help. They said the soon they could get us a consultation would be Wednesday, unfortunately I can not wait that long for just a consultation.I ended up getting a second opinion at Cali muliservices off of North Tryon and they were so helpful all I needed to was a title correction to fix our issue and they gave us a time frame. If they could've communicated better and actually tried to fix our issue instead of instantly being dismissve maybe our experience would've been different. Go at your own risk
