Morgan answered the phone, and although I wasn’t calling her branch, she went above and beyond to help me. I needed to know whether the coin counter at the Raeford Road branch was operational. Rather than simply transferring me or telling me to call another branch, Morgan personally contacted the Raeford Road location, confirmed their coin counter was out of service, and let me know I could bring my coins to the Hope Mills branch instead. Outstanding customer service like this is becoming harder to find. Morgan was professional, courteous, and genuinely willing to help. Every employer should be proud to have an employee like her. Thank you, Morgan, for making what could have been a frustrating experience quick and easy.
