Terrell Ridges has to be the absolute worst loan officer ever. He's extremely condescending and downright unhelpful. This location has never had such an obnoxious individual. I hope his mgmt and the board sees this. Horrible experience all around.

The bank teller was not at all friendly or polite. She did not show common courtesy before or after my bank transaction. Not even a hello or have a good day. Yet we wonder why Chick-fil-A keep generating consistent customers. Chick-fil-A knows how to treat their customers - take notice SECU.
