- KRKailey RozellJul 20, 20265.0I had a pleasant experience. New to the area, just opened an account a few days ago.. today I Called a different branch to ask for specific bills. The man said they didn’t have them. My grandfather being a former bank president said this is something they can order. I have ordered from my former bank prior as well so I know it can be done. To this mans assurance the $2 couldn’t be ordered and they were unavailable … which is when I called this branch instead. The gal who answered the phone was pleasant also she confirmed they do have them AND they can always be ordered also. THANK u, I’ll be taking my business to this branch.

- DDDMar 24, 20264.0Both representatives that I spoke to on the phone today were apathetic, and they did not care about me or my problem. Update: I spoke to rude manager Manager and he took care of my problem. You might need to escalate your issue to a higher up if they being rude!
