  Staff not helpful at all. I am disabled hard to walk. They would not accept 2 forms id to cash a personal check said I needed person on check to come tk bank which was my mother in another state.

  The people are great but they need to start taking people inside their offices. When you go to this branch and have a question... They just help you standing there in the middle of the bank , right next to the door and asking you all your password, and personal information in front of everyone. That's very unprofessional of this branch.

  There hasn't been any recent reviews, so I thought I'd add mine. I have had only great customer service and uncomplicated transactions with the tellers at this location and the one in Granite Falls. I appreciate being warmly greeted as I stepped inside the door, although I know this purpose is for security as well as customer service. The tellers have been respectful, professional, courteous, and friendly! Thanks, PNC, for my wonderful experiences when I have to leave the house! 😀
