Courtney and Samantha were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. To my surprise, Latisha, the assistant branch manager was rude and argumentative and Ms. Lemert, the branch manager, refused to speak with me at all in regards to my issue. It is unfortunate that some people will tolerate mistreatment in order to receive certain services or benefits. Not me! "When I am mistreated and feel that my business is no longer valued by a company, I know exactly what to do! Value your customers more and treat them the way you would want to be treated!
