She couldn’t be any less friendly, for having to deal with people all day long she picked the wrong profession! You don’t know what people are going through, I just dealt with a death in the family so I had some simple questions but it talked to me like I was scum on earth.

I've called them four times and each time I get a different answer and a different time frame. They've never accepted accountability but continue to give me different excuses. Most recently their executive customer relations reached out to me but has since ignored my response via email and voicemail. I'm a very patient person and I have stayed polite, but they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this Bank
