  SECU is one of the best Credit unions ever! However avoid the Greene Street branch, very poor customer service in that branch. Unhelpful and arrogant bank clerks! The cashiers are lovely though!! It’s a shame, I’ve been here a few times ( I usually use Winterville, THE BEST) and I always leave upset........I’ll not be using this branch again.

  NCSECU is, by far, THE GREATEST BANK there has ever been. Check their track record. The most satisfied account holders and less discrepancies than any other bank I have conducted business with. I've been trusting them with my finances for over 10 years WITHOUT ISSUE. There are individuals who are extremely sensitive when it comes to the fruits of their labor (rightfully so) and when any obstacle occurs, may assume their money is being mismanaged (once again, they have the right to feel as such), but there can always be a smooth and peaceful resolution with NCSECU💃 👍😀👍!
