A simple phone call to find out the lobby hours turned into a 17 minute that's just a small example of what you can expect. Horrible bank to deal with. I will be moving my money somewhere else!!!!!
- BSBradley SpruillMay 23, 20181.0I went to deposit some money onto my card last night and the ATM took awhile to do whatever it was doing then all of a sudden it cancelled the transaction saying there was an error and didn't give me my money back. I called Customer Service and they said it'll take up to 10 business days to complete a claim when it on took 5 mins to lose $610. Then to make it worst I talked to a lady from that branch and she said the service person for those ATMs come 1 day a week so there's no immediate action in service. After I get my money back I will destroy that card and never deal with that bank again. One angry customer.
