- DSDB SMar 4, 20262.0Second time coming to this location through the drive-through and I was not greeted. There are tellers sitting idle talking but no Acknowledgment to customers in the line. The first time I hit the buzzer to get someone’s attention to assist me and this second visit I just put my deposit splits in the tube and sent it. Thankfully I keep some in the car to fill out before driving up. Very disappointing, I will seek out other locations moving forward

- AMAbbie MorinAug 23, 20191.0Me and my husband opened a joint checking account and were seen by mr. Hennessee and we transferred 200 dollars into that account. We signed all paperwork given to us. We wait to get our cards in the mail and the cards got lost so they send them again. We receive them and I go to check the balance and the money was never transferred into the account. So basically we thought we had 200 more dollars than we had bc it was never taken out of the account. When I called the bank to figure out what was going on the lady was very rude and couldn't really offer any explanation. Very disappointed.
