I had to go through an entire process of giving them my information, updating my address, etc. only for none of the information to be saved. The banker kept blaming it on "computer errors". She tried to get me to buy a more expensive option and pay for shipping. I was frustrated and walked out, saying I would do it online. The banker then called me saying we could do the cheaper option but I had to do it over the phone. I declined. I went home and was able to order the cheaper version of the checkbook online through PNC in under two minutes.

As soon as we put the money into the machine, it spit some of it back out and printed a receipt saying an error had occurred. I checked my account and the money was not deposited. Immediately I go inside, wait to speak with a cashier, who then directs me to speak with an advisor. The advisor tells me that they OUTSOURCE their atm and that I have to file a dispute and wait. It is absolutely unacceptable that they have no immediate fix for an error ON THEIR PART! Please be very careful using the atm at this location!!
