- AMAlan MoreanApr 17, 20261.0Another trip to the worst bank in the USA. Just needed to get some $1s, $5s & $10s since the ATM only had $20s. Ebony was very congenial & helpful. Why do banks require an account just to exchange money? Aren't they agents for the Federal Reserve? Anyway, do not get started at PNC, they will treat you like a family friend then close every branch within 30 miles, forcing you to drive 45 minutes just to see a banker in person.
