The systems were down so i could not withdrawl money, so i asked her if she knew when they would be back up and she said hmm let me see and acted like she was looking into a magic 8 ball. I unfortunately walked out very angry and didnt say anything back to her. This bank individually is awful. I am now strongly considering moving to a different bank all together. Shocked that people like this still have jobs😡
