This bank is not open on weekends at any location, and its hours are short during the week. Also, they don’t have many branches. This makes banking for people who have jobs very difficult.

To be honest the bank on Randleman road does not even deserve a star for their review. I am highly upset with how they’ve handled this situation. I have been here 3 times already in the past. Today will be the last day I will ever come to this bank. It seems like every time I come here the employees seem lazy and, not wanting to help me. I went because I was trying to deposit money in to my bank account in the ATM machine but the ATM took my card and, the money I was trying to deposit yesterday (April 7th, 2021 around 9PM) it said that “ For your security, we have your card retain”, it wouldn’t give me my card back. On April 8th 2021, I went to my local bank which is on randleman road at 9AM to see why the ATM took my card. No one could give me a reason why their machine took my card. My husband and I were asked to take a seat because the lady was suppose to give me a temporary card. After sitting and waiting for an hour the lady tells me that she couldn’t give me a temporary card because my balance was too low. I’ve called FNB customer service and, talked to a guy name John. I told him about the situation and, told him how I didn’t get a temporary card because my balance was too low, he said that was strange that “that is the first time he has heard that”, he told me that they can’t refuse to give me a temp card just because my “balance was too low”, and that he will file a complaint. Then he said that in the system it showed that they gave me a temp card but they didn’t because I don’t have one. After talking to John for a while he has helped me with resolving this situation more then the employees working at this bank on randleman. John has done a great job assisting me over the phone and, the sad part about this situation is he don’t even work at this location.

Blonde teller is very rude! She should not be employed anymore. The systems were down so i could not withdrawl money, so i asked her if she knew when they would be back up and she said hmm let me see and acted like she was looking into a magic 8 ball. I unfortunately walked out very angry and didnt say anything back to her. This bank individually is awful. I am now strongly considering moving to a different bank all together. Shocked that people like this still have jobs😡

Had a customer write me a check from this bank. Being im a disabled veteran with 1 and a half leg i have an armed forces bank account. Normally id just deposit it online but i was out of town remodeling a house and needed access to this money immediately. Upon entering the bank a blond headed bank employee asked what she could do for me and i explained as i did in the begining of this review. Upon me telling her i banked woth someone else she bacame rude and didnt even ask if id like to open an account there. She said theres going to be a 10$ fee to cash this and i asked why being it was from that bank. She wouldn't explain, saying all banks do that like Wachovia she actually said Wachovia which i dont think exist any longer. They are wells fargo. Anyhow i said ok thats fine charge me the 10$ and ill just past the cost onto the customer who holds a multimillion dollar trust at this bank. I said i will get a receipt showing i paid a fee to my customers bank to cash her check right. In a spiteful tone she said no we dont do that. I said i needed it so i could charge the customer. The bank emopoyee then began singing very loudly over top of my voice to where i couldnt talk. I then asked to speak to the bank manager which she of coarse lied and said she was. She ended up going to the back and gattimg me a receipt and i told her i would be talking to my customer which is one of my best friends mothers and talking her into moving all of her accounts to a friendly and fair bank. No other banks i deal with charge a 10 dollar fee to cash a personal check. It may only this branch that horrible but i honestly wouldnt go back in there to use the bathroom let alone storemmy livelihood. The blond bank teller looks to be in her late 60s early 70s and is just horrible. I wouldnt reccomend to an enemy let alone anyone else
