Let’s say you turned that bucket upside down and you can’t leave the bank until that one drop of molasses runs down the side of that bucket and hits the ground. Just FYI. Don’t go if ur in a rush !

They have no customer service skills at all and cant answer any questions you may have but they will talknover you as you ask them. Been spun in circles for 2 weeks now about an account they closed without even notifying us which they admit was never supposed to be closed in the first place it was a misunderstanding on their part. Allowed my paychecks to be deposited into the account. Branch continues to say the account is open and give us temporary debit cards to access it and even gave us statements showing that and that the checks were deposited and corporate says the account is closed. Neither knows how to help or fix it. So my money is in limbo while I try to pay my mortgage, electric, and feed my family of 4 including a 4 month old baby.
