  Manager is not friendly and when you walk in to branch she give you unpleasant welcome feeling and not friendly to talk with. One of the Clark was assisting me and manager walk up between conversations with rude manners. We been doing business with this bank for our business account in different branches but I happen to visit here and changed my prospective.

  Avoid this bank & this location as if it were the plague! I opened an acct with FNB, & within 1 week, having not even received my card in the mail, my acct was hacked... I've had the acct for 2 yrs, hacked thrice, & I only use it for savings. FF to this year, it's August & I deposit a check for $800, & go on about my business. 3 months later, I get $800 taken from my account with no contact from the bank. I contact them & no one has answers for why it happened & why I wasn't contacted prior to the deduction. 3 weeks later, I get an apology from the branch manager, but still no explanation as to why it happened. The check cleared, but I'm told there was a bank error, so they'll do an investigation & call me back before it goes to collections. Guess what, they didn't, & now I've got them on my credit & I still haven't heard from the branch manager. It's been since August, & they haven't given me an answer. Other FNB locations have looked into it, but THIS BRANCH is the issue, so they are the only location that can fix it. Other branches have no explanation for the deduction, have been shocked at the lack of communication & have emailed her to reach out to me & resolve this. Silence Now I have to escalate it to their corporate office. If you have the extra time for a bank to lose your acct numbers & randomly withdraw money with no explanation, feel free to become a member of FNB. They should have room for new members, with a 2.9 rating & the loss of another member, today.

  Samantha and Megan are the best there is over @ the bank. Best service given to us. Would highly recommend banking with them.

  I've been banking here almost a decade; since back when they were New Bridge Bank. I've always enjoyed the friendly service, and the accuracy and efficiency of this branch. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides. Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend. Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.
