  This bank has absolutely no consideration for your time. Be prepared to sit and wait. They rake in millions every year with our hard earned money to provide a bank full of empty offices with no staff. I usually reccomend this place, but it has turned into a chore dealing with anything here.

  Excellent customer service! I usually HATE dealing with banks and money, BUT the team at this location is awesome. Completely pain free loan process! Tiffany is the best!

  I had the opportunity and pleasure to deal with Lori. I've been a member for several years. My experience with this staff has by far been the best! Yes, you hope to receive a favorable response; the treatment on the other side of "yes" leaves a lasting appreciation!!!

  I dealt with Alicia and Ryan stopped by when asked to help and what a pleasurable experience it was. Any bank that can promote the healthy relationship between co-workers in the workplace as the Granite Quarry branch will have my business all day every day. My experience with Alicia was top notch over the top and it went on for three days where she constantly answered 15-20 emails sometimes the same questions. She helped many others as I patiently waited to receive her time because it is sometimes more than punching numbers in a calculator it’s many other calculations. Her patience in explaining everything to me since I’m a first-time loan applicant was refreshing you often do not see this type of respect in the workplace especially from the younger generation. The Granite Quarry branch does it right!
