Usually have no issue with this bank . However something happened where I got hacked and trying to get my money back and a new card and this lady was so rude . Must be having a bad day. When I called again , I talked to a different lady and she helped me no problem. It didn’t even take a full minute and the issue was resolved .

I have never had a real issue since I became a member until August 18 when I noticed a fraudulent charge on my account. I immediately called in a dispute & a new debit card of course.Today makes 14 days I have not received my replacement debit card or my money stolen from my account. I was told Friday there is apparently a plastic shortage and I won’t get the card until the 5 of September. I’ve been calling and was never told this before.I have auto bill pay and no representative I spoke with thought to tell me this! This is absolutely ridiculous and a huge inconvenience to me because someone hacked my card & stole from me!Nothing should take this long to resolve. This has been a terrible experience & SECU needs to do better!
