- LGliliana garzaJan 29, 20261.0Staff is very unprofessional. I went in the other day, half the staff sitting at their desks. Nobody calling me up, so I did the obvious and walked up to somebody. Lady I walked up to ignored me. I’d understand if maybe you’re on break, but don’t just ignore me. Ask me to wait in line. I walked up to another lady who was eating and I apologized for interrupting but I needed assistance. She gave me attitude which I’d understand I did interrupt but also is your job really that hard? In no way did I give attitude or affect anybody personally so I’m wondering why I was getting the weird, rude looks I was getting. Another lady waited in line, and the lady that ignored me previously stated “Thank you for WAITING in line” and glanced at me. This was in no way necessary, I also work customer service and I would never call someone out like that. Very inappropriate behavior.

She’s very professional,polite and very straight forward . She has helped us understand many things in which we were confused. She never made us feel like we were a bother to here like every other person that works in SECU!!!! . She is my go to banker at this bank ☺️
