These are by far some of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I have a mortgage through them and that is one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. I should have gotten another lender. Cold, unempathetic, don't want to work with people AT ALL!!! If you are struggling, going through hard times or any type of difficult situation where you fall behind on your mortgage THEY DO NOT CARE! Selling my home in order to pay the mortgage off, told them this, submitted documents proving this, asked them for time to sell it agent even provided documentation to support this, you know these people still denied my application for help! They put a lien on my home due to a personal loan I took out with them back in 2023, I was told it was charged off, that I wouldn't be forced to pay them back once the home sold that the charge off would affect my credit, selling the home closing is on the 20th and the title attorney finds this judgment from them. They agreed to lift the lien but want to take the whole profit which is very little, I'll be left with nothing, all the money and work i put in this house to walk away with nothing, I explained i'm leaving a toxic relationship and trying to give my daughter and I a fresh start and asked could they leave me with something I was in literal tears! You know they still want the entire profit! Absolutely heartless! The man i'm trying to leave name is on the deed, he stated he was not going to sign at closing if there was no money out of it. I let them know all of this. They would rather foreclose on the home, spend a ton of money on foreclosure proceedings and not get any money at all on that personal loan because that debt will be wiped out, versus saying okay, let's try to work with her. The MAP department, judgments department are the worst and it's people like them that make you wonder how they sleep at night. I couldn't do people like that that I know are trying and making an effort. Now, the sale may fall through. DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE LOAN FROM THEM!!!!
