She could have very well attempted to talk me into getting a HELOC. Putting her commission to the side, she advised me to keep doing what I am doing because I am close to the finish line. I am forever grateful that she put me first vs herself. This is how a company put your needs above their needs. I sorry I can remember her name. She gets a 5+ star in my book.

Alex/Andrew helped me with this and asked why I had choosen to leave PNC, after I explained my dissatisfaction with several issues he stated: I would be shutting down my accounts here as well. Imagine my surprise when i received a PNC debit card in July!! I called this branch 3x and let it ring indefinitely, the call wasn't pick up once. I called corporate only to find out all accounts were still open!! And, for security purposes I put an extra security question on my accounts...not one person at this branch or corporate person ever asked me for this question and was told over and over that there was no extra security measures on my accounts!! This tells me that PNC could care less about securing my money or piece of mind!! UPDATE: After all this....here i am continuing to getting statements in October!! I tried calling the local branch- still do not answer- tried calling corporate/ no one is "there, hang up" - have to call 3 different number just to get someone with more lip service! Please, take your accounts somewhere else, this is pathetic!
