I have been a long time customer with pnc bank in the richlands nc area for over 8 years. I own several businesses and had a problem come up with one of my rollbacks while in raleigh picking up cars.. Mr. Thomas came to the phone even though they are getting beat with literally inches of rain an hour and possibly flooding issues. He put all that aside and he was ready and willing to help my driver's if need be.. Because I am almost 2 hours away from their location he went above and beyond customer service and I strongly suggest anyone looking for a great bank you will never go wrong banking with PNC Thank you Mr. Harper and the great staff at PNC Pamela Bodnar
