- LWLisa WalkerAug 3, 20261.0Garner NC is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they keep you on hold until you decide to hang up. I have had nothing but problems with their customer service especially with manager Stephanie. Tomorrow we will be finding a new back if anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated.

- PAPatriotic AmericanApr 18, 20231.0Unfortunately this PNC branch seems to be under staffed! What’s even worse is that the personal banker just stood around! A single teller tried to serve seven customers between the drive through and the lobby. It took seventeen minutes just to make a deposit and I was the second customer in the lobby line. Perhaps today was abnormal, but I was not impressed. Especially by the lack of effort on the personal bankers part.
