  Worst bank ever. I am giving a one star because they started out nice then it went down hill from there. Staff became rude. Some fake smiling and being nice then rolling there eyes. They last lady snapped at me, apparently she can only handle one thing at a time and one question, talks to you with her head down. The head supervisors stick up for this behavior. I believe my bonus never was put in because it is July and I never received it. I put thousands of dollars and had money deposited and they never gave me my bonus and how dare I ask for it. I called back and it has been two weeks after the supervisor told me it would be two days and he said they are backed up then he said I did not get it. Which is it, probably was moved put in. At times if you don't do direct deposit they could hold your paycheck up to 10 days if you have not been with them for a year. Everyone that works there is rude and nasty. They charge you for taking money out of their bank then pay you IF you catch it then start up charging you again. Stealing money right before our eyes for a fees at their bank, lying about bonuses that they submitted them just to get customers, rude tellers, supervisors siding with them and condoning the behavior. This is the worst bank I have every used in my life and I am 60. If you are financially struggling and can't cash my check from a major research facility for 3k when 16k is in the bank there is a problem. Please don't use this horrible bank. I am sure that after this post more money will be stolen out my account

  Honestly, one of the best PNC branches I’ve ever visited. I apologize in advance if I misspelled any of the names Brandi and Lindy were incredible! I felt so welcomed and so accommodated. They were so quick to help and so professional. The office staff there addresses for success. Hands-down, the best branches I’ve been to

  Josh is an asset to your company. Staff is very friendly and so nice. What a difference from other banks. Glad I moved to this bank.

  ATM is always broken. I sat at the drive through for 10 mins with no assistance. Had to drive to a supermarket to get cash back. I will be removing my funds and going to a different bank.
