But they've been taking my money out of my account before my bills can automatically pay. And then they put it back in afterwards. Then it creates an overdraft fee even though my SSI payment is scheduled to be deposited on the same day for years !!!! They keep creating this scam. And what me to pay extra fees for their wrong doing.
- TWTrapper WiseJun 23, 20171.0Of all the different banks I have delt with over the years this was by far my worst experience. I started with an automobile loan at 9:36am that I was pre approved for. For them to tell me at 5:15pm there would not be time to finish it today. I was informed in my last phone conversation that I just needed to come in and sign. This is after I had to call repeatedly to confirm the information needed had been obtained. Which I ended up doing all the leg work for. Very unprofessional staff! No one knew what the status was on each call, so I ended up going through all the information with several different people. What a huge wast of my time. The last time I delt with the credit union on a automobile loan it took all of about 15 minutes, and the loan writer obtained all the information needed. All I had to do is agree to the terms and sign. If you are trying to obtain a loan from the credit union save yourself the trouble and make sure not to deal with this branch on Ramsey st in Fayetteville NC. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Mabey it was a good thing that time ran out. There is no telling what this group had done incorrect. Wow what a frustrating experience!
