My sister and I were trying to track down an IRA account after our grandmother passed away, and at first we kept getting the runaround. Instead of accepting the first answer, Jackson told us he wasn’t satisfied with it and took the initiative to keep digging. He reached out to another contact, found the right person, and ultimately helped us get connected with exactly who we needed. During such a difficult time, his kindness, compassion, and genuine willingness to help meant more than he probably realizes. He went above and beyond what was expected, and his positive attitude made the entire experience so much easier. Exceptional customer service like Jackson’s deserves to be recognized. I have to tell my husband waiting in the ATM makes sure no one else using this. I went in side to ask them for hope and no one hope me. They tell me call the ATM service and tell me they not respond to that machine. All I need to wait into the end of the day they coins money and let me know if they have different balance in there. What???? I don’t think I just your bank anymore. That your ATM there and you said not your? Who know I can get back my money the end of the day or not?
