Their fraud division has caught issues as soon as anything happened on my debit card. They allowed me to open an account when I needed it the most. Every time I have drove up thru the window everything was smooth. Likewise when I had to go inside. Their app is wonderful. No long waits with either. 5 stars in my opinion.

Was opening a new account new account in Eden cause it was close but decided to leave that’s when they want to service u!!!! I rather drive to reidsville because by the looks of things only the drive thru teller wants to work!!! This bank would be great only if you have nothing to do! 3 offices n not one was occupied by a customer n I’m waiting n others walking in the door are getting service 🤦🏽♀️ I guess they would have gotten to me when ever they got a chance!
