- MGMichael GAug 1, 20251.0Simply the worse credit union branch I've used. Customer or 'member' support is abismal. I now drive 20+ minutes to go to almost any other branch than Cornelius, in order to deal with knowledge service oriented people. You know it's bad when you share your poor experience, about the Cornelius branch, with employees at several other branches and their response of, and their response is 'Yes, we hear that often and also struggle when we have to interact with them'.

- CHCarey HolderMar 11, 20212.0This is the only SECU that doesn't have very good customer service. I've been a member for over 15 years and they surely don't act like it. It seems they never do anything the way I'm asking and just don't care. I have seen the manager there in action and see that it all starts at the top. All the other branches do a much better job and actually listen to the customers request.
