- JPJoey PlemmonsJul 4, 20231.0Do a lot of business with this branch. Friendly employee's, professional, and reliable. I really didn't want to do this review, because employee's are not at fault. DON'T USE the ATM at this LOCATION. I ve seen this ATM break at least 3 occasions. I withdrew $280, and the ATM DID NOT disburse my cash ($280) ,but it took $ out of my account from a different bank. I was trying to pay SECU a payment with the money. I reported it to SECU promptly, and they said I need to file a dispute with my other credit union. So I had to ride to other credit union and was told the dispute could take 10 days or even weeks. I feel this is so unfair to a credit union member (myself) in good standing. I had to juggle funds in order to pay SECU my mortgage. Never use this ATM or you may be in my situation. Not cool. 🤔
