I do the same transaction most weeks and this time the teller informs me she needs all my personal information to make a deposit/change order into the same company account I have been depositing into for 6 years. Then when I couldn't remember the name of the lady that helped me last (as their turnover is so high) I was informed that the person in that seat now had been there 3 months and didn't know me, and the other person left in October, even though I couldn't tell her who that was, she apparently knew she left. hmmmmm?? I will happily drive past this location to go to one in Mooresville to avoid dealing with Jill.
