    Have been with the Concord branch since 2022, I cannot express how much better my banking has been since the change, Abby, Kristina, Jaimie, and Alex Swift have all treated more as a person other than a number unlike some institutions do. I truly endorse this Branch

    I would not recommend this bank to anyone, I had to wait for money that is mine. I understand that you have to put a hold on a large check .it's ridiculous that you have to jump through hoops just to get your money.the bank has cost me 311 dollars because I had to rent a due to a car accident because of their procedure
