I want to give a big shoutout to Colton for his outstanding help with my credit card dispute. He’s been extremely diligent throughout the entire process, handling everything as if it were his own issue. He is staying on top of the details and kept things moving.
He is very professional on the phone, clear in his communication, and quick to respond. It’s rare to find that level of ownership and customer care these days. Truly appreciate the support — thank you, Colton!

I have always have great experiences at this branch. Everyone is always helpful and patient. I have been with the credit union close to 30 years and this is only one 1 of 2 unpleasant exchanges. I went to make a deposit and get a cashiers check. I made the mistake not to specify that I had 2 transactions. Completely on me. As she sent me the receipt for my 1st transaction I asked her for the 2nd transaction. Once this was taken care of we realized she deposited the money into a different checking account. That created an additional transaction for her. She repeatedly asked me for the card I sent into her the first time and I asked her if she need my license because that is the only card I had sent in initially. Joana/Yoana sent the slip for my cashiers check and asked me to put who it was payable to. When I sent the slip in she walked away from the window, had a coworker send the items back to me and kept her back to the window for the remainder of my time there. I hope Joana has a better day and thank you to the coworker that stepped in, said thank you and have a nice day to me. We all have bad days. If my transaction triggered a heightened stress level, that was not my intention but the customer service was extremely lacking and I really expect more from SECU.
