However, I called this location this morning and spoke with Audrey, and requested to speak with a loan officer. She advised me that she could help but confidently provided me with the wrong information. I attempted to explain my question again but she was adamant about her answer and the exchange felt rushed. I called another branch and spoke with a loan officer, who confirmed my understanding of a product I already have with the CU. I followed up with Audrey to inform her of the correct information so she will have the correct information to properly assist members in the future, or pass them on to someone who can assist them with the correct information if she is unsure. It’s okay…. Given the circumstances I felt it was necessary to provide feedback regarding this incident. Once again , I just love the NCSECU and I think it is a great bank overall.
