  I want to take a moment to recognize Miguel for going above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that initially seemed like it could not be resolved. I went to PNC to cash a check that had been sent to me after I had closed my business account. The manager and other employees explained that, based on the circumstances, they were unable to process the check. While I understood their position, I was understandably frustrated because I had no other way to access the funds. Miguel could have simply told me that it could not be done, but instead, he took the initiative to say that he would try his best to help. He got on the phone with customer service, took the time to explain the situation, and continued working on the issue until he was able to find a solution. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he was also able to have the fee waived so that I did not have to pay anything. What stood out to me most was Miguel's willingness to advocate for me even when the odds were not in my favor. He demonstrated patience, professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern for the customer experience. Employees like Miguel are a true asset to PNC. He didn't just tell me what couldn't be done. He took the extra step to see what could be done. I sincerely appreciate his effort and the way he treated me throughout the entire process. Thank you, Miguel, for going above and beyond. Your exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed!

  Ive banked here with my business for 20 years (&RBC). Ill be back tomorrow to start closing it down. The last year has made my wife and i, who does our deposits, dread to even think of going because of how poorly managed this place is and how long it takes to do business. And after reading other reviews for the last year, im not the only one and nothing is being done to correct. Why renovate the interior, which is so bland btw, when you need more tellers, not door openers.

  Absolutely amazing service today. Big thank you to Jen and the branch Manager, Edwin for going out of their way to help me. After being given wrong information from a different location, they did what they needed to do to get me correct info as well as help me through a simple transaction that another branch complicated. Very happy with my experience, and will choose the Clayton location every time!

  I know it's not necessarily just this PNC Bank but it's very frustrating that they decide to have one teller and then one employee just standing in the lobby opening the door for people when there's a line of customers. It just doesn't make any sense PNC has friendly employees but their practices are not in our best interest as customers. I really wish PNC would have more staff or at least have the staff that they do have both behind the teller windows helping customers.
