- BBBlake Brown3 days ago1.0Ive banked here with my business for 20 years (&RBC). Ill be back tomorrow to start closing it down. The last year has made my wife and i, who does our deposits, dread to even think of going because of how poorly managed this place is and how long it takes to do business. And after reading other reviews for the last year, im not the only one and nothing is being done to correct. Why renovate the interior, which is so bland btw, when you need more tellers, not door openers.

After being given wrong information from a different location, they did what they needed to do to get me correct info as well as help me through a simple transaction that another branch complicated. Very happy with my experience, and will choose the Clayton location every time!
- KSKenneth SmithJun 15, 20261.0I know it's not necessarily just this PNC Bank but it's very frustrating that they decide to have one teller and then one employee just standing in the lobby opening the door for people when there's a line of customers. It just doesn't make any sense PNC has friendly employees but their practices are not in our best interest as customers. I really wish PNC would have more staff or at least have the staff that they do have both behind the teller windows helping customers.
