- KSKenneth SmithJun 15, 20261.0I know it's not necessarily just this PNC Bank but it's very frustrating that they decide to have one teller and then one employee just standing in the lobby opening the door for people when there's a line of customers. It just doesn't make any sense PNC has friendly employees but their practices are not in our best interest as customers. I really wish PNC would have more staff or at least have the stuff that they do have both behind the teller windows helping customers.
