The “agent” I was scheduled to meet with at 5:30 sent me an email around noon, the day of, confirming the appointment and letting me know how to get to his office. Long story short; after multiple calls with Turbo Tax and lengthy conversations trying to find Steve, walking around on his office floor, around 6 pm I was told that he didn’t seem to be in office anymore. This was very unprofessional and distasteful. I’ve always used Turbo Tax but I will never again and will definitely steer everyone away.
