He took the time to really listen and understand my situation without making me feel rushed or pressured at all. I scheduled the appointment because this is my first year filing taxes as a married couple, and I wanted to make sure I fully understood the process. Deshane was incredibly knowledgeable and patient he answered every single question I had and even helped with a few additional things I didn’t initially come in for. What I appreciated most was how comfortable he made me feel. There was no pressure to move forward just honest guidance and support. He also made it clear that I can reach out anytime if I have questions, which I truly value. On top of that, he has such a great personality very energetic, approachable, and easy to talk to. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to meet and work with him, and I will definitely be going back to him in the future. Highly recommend Deshane to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful tax professional!

Had an issue with doing my taxes on line, so stopped in about 3 weeks ago and meet Deshane Y. Said he could resolve my problem and promised and shook hands that he would meet me on the next day Saturday to finally resolve problem. Even location on Google says they are open on Saturdays. Did he show, was he a man of his word??? Absolutely NOT, wasted a hour of my Saturday waiting on him. Ok…lined up a phone meeting with him today 3/31 did he show up for that???? No!! Again was stood up. This is my first and last experience with Turbo Tax! If they hire people that can’t keep their word, what’s the point of them doing your taxes or sharing your personal information with them. I’m will gladly and recommend everyone stay away from them. For me I’m happily going back to H&R Block.
