We had funds and were seeking advise and someone who could provide secure, efficient, and friendly financial services. We called Chase, Truist and Fifth Third. The individuals we spoke to there were unable to provide basic banking information. It was disappointing. When we spoke to Anitra she confidently answered our questions while providing additional insight. This immediately gained our trust. During the days that followed she provided us with more information about SECUs various services. She accurately processed our transactions and offered personalized service by addressing inquiries and promoting bank products. Her intelligence, caring and confidence reassured us that SECU could provide secure, efficient, and friendly financial services for us. ***Note Anitra never took credit for the services she provided. During our conversations she spoke highly of the branch tellers team work of her managers drive to reinforce respect, unity and accountability. In addition, she consistently spoke of the other member service staff and their strengths. Thank you SECU!
