⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ State Employees’ Credit Union has been there for me for YEARS! I’ve been a member since I was in the 11th grade, and now I’m 32. That’s around 14–15 years of history! ❤️ Over the years, they’ve helped me build my credit and have been there when I needed financial flexibility. Most recently, I had an unexpected dental expense and needed a tooth extraction. Having access to my personal loan gave me the flexibility to handle that expense without having to immediately pull the money from my regular funds. That kind of peace of mind means a lot to me. I’ve also gone in for services like getting documents notarized, and the customer service has always been wonderful. I appreciate feeling like my credit union is actually there to support me when life happens. So I’m giving SECU their flowers! 💐 Thank you for all the years of great service and support. I pray the employees have a blessed day, a blessed year, and continue being a blessing to the people they serve. ❤️

The bank is not too bad, but only thing I do not like is that it not really good for a handicapped person to come in there because they don't have a window especially for handicapped. So they tell you to sit on the side in these chairs and the Cheers are so low. It's hard to get app, but if you're standing for a few minutes, you might can get through and get what you need done and go straight out. The tellers are excellent. The person that greets you is exceptional greeter. And I think it's too far to come there.

Rude unhelpful staff, closed 1 min early, refused to help me by allowing me to deposit an enormous cash deposit for moving the next day when I had rushed to get there and tried to call ahead.I arrived prior to five thirty the guard and teller argued with me for an entire minute. The whole time of which it was still five thirty and was five twenty nine when it began. This is a disgrace to the normal state employee's credit union. They knew the situation they saw.I had a service animal. They also refused to answer the phone when I tried to call ahead In addition to being unhelpful, they were nasty.I hope they get investigated, I bet they close early often Never returning to this branch.I saw a woman saunter out and casually.Lock the door without much care at five thirty five They continued to help someone who was at the drive up.Teller station, but did not offer me that option either

If SECU took your mortgage over from LGFCU and has left you no reasonable way to pay it you may file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Also consider NCCOB and Attorney General / NCDOJ.

I visited the branch today and had issues using my debit card at the ATM. So, I went inside and a bank teller told me I could call a services number. Afterwards, I told a family member what happened and they told me someone in an office could have assisted. Why was I told to call member services? The wait time today is 81 minutes
