I’m currently in the bank writing this. Crazy how you have that much time. I’ve been to 2 locations within the last month. Terrible customer service and it’s not that the employees are rude they just have no urgency nor answer any emails. I first inquired about an auto loan. I was approved for more than I needed no issues. However when emailing with follow up questions there was little or no response. I ended up going back in the bank and had a pleasant conversation with a lady who was more than helpful than the first. However it was her last day in the bank so I continued to follow up with the first lady who eventually stopped answering. I therefore called & was told my request could be fulfilled online. SECU gave me the better interest rate and I went with NFCU because their customer service is wayyyy better! So here I’m at another location trying to pull my money out and I’m watching a teller stare at a line. I’m assuming he was done for the day but when it was my turn to be serviced she sent me to the teller who was closed to due to the amount. After waiting a bit more he has me two envelopes with different amounts. I pulled from two accounts you would think he would separate these amounts in each envelope. Wrong he combined them. Didn’t even say anything. Glad it’s my last day here. You’re quite welcome SECU.
