Its very inconvient and frustrating when the atms are constantly not accepting deposits. As a small business owner it is very hard to make it to the bank during business hours so it is essential to be able to use the atm. I went to 3 different locations and each atm said the same thing. Very disappointed.

I went into the branch a document notarized the employee demanded other documents that was not being notarized. At one point she snatched my documents and prevented me from leaving. State employees has made it clear that they stand by their employees decision. This is the level of customer service you should expect.

I went in during my lunch to hour to open a checking account. Though the building is currently under construction, the directions to the third floor where the tellers are were clearly labeled. Millicent was excellent. She made sure I got everything I needed, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease.

Do not deposit your checks at the new ATM at this location. The ATM requires a 3rd party vendor to retrieve checks. While the ATM does prompt you with a possible hold on funds per business day, holding a check for 4 days til midnight on a Tuesday is unacceptable. The ATM says “next business day”. Scott said 5:30pm and the other rude employee said “it’s always midnight”. I don’t care who is correct, I just want to collect my funds.
Their LAN lines are as crunchy as a bag of Fritos, don’t be surprised if you can’t understand anything they are attempting to communicate over the phone.

I come to this branch often and today I had a bad experience with Tauja Hairston. I walked up told her I needed to deposit and get cash back. She simply said “what account” then told there would be a hold on a cashier check from another bank then deposited it into the wrong account and also failed to give me cash back. When I asked about the cash back she said I can’t give you cash from the check. I said okay but I have money in the account so I need cash back. What should have been a simple transaction turned into an annoyance.
