As a small business owner it is very hard to make it to the bank during business hours so it is essential to be able to use the atm. I went to 3 different locations and each atm said the same thing. Very disappointed.

At one point she snatched my documents and prevented me from leaving. State employees has made it clear that they stand by their employees decision. This is the level of customer service you should expect.

Though the building is currently under construction, the directions to the third floor where the tellers are were clearly labeled. Millicent was excellent. She made sure I got everything I needed, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease.
